Responsibilities:

• Attend and evaluate AAU basketball games

• Identify top talent and assess skills, athleticism, and potential

• Record detailed scouting reports on standout players

• Provide insight on player strengths, weaknesses, and overall game impact

• Collaborate with the Icon Hoops team to share scouting evaluations

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, player evaluation, and game strategy

• Passion for scouting and identifying future talent

• Ability to attend multiple games per day and provide accurate assessments

• Previous experience in scouting, coaching, or playing is a plus but not required
